Visual Identity
CLIENT
Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze is a historic five-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Florence. Housed in a 16th-century aristocratic palace once owned by the Gaddi family, the property combines Renaissance heritage—featuring frescoed interiors and original artworks—with contemporary hospitality standards. The hotel offers 86 rooms and suites, fine dining experiences led by Michelin-starred chef Iside De Cesare, and exclusive spaces such as a panoramic rooftop overlooking the Duomo. Its positioning blends cultural authenticity, refined elegance, and modern luxury, targeting an international, high-end clientele seeking an immersive Florentine experience.
ASSIGNMENT
Design and develop a cohesive set of printed and small-format communication materials for a five-star luxury hotel, ensuring consistency with the brand’s high-end positioning. Deliverables included menus, brochures, booklets, postcards, tags, boutique items, and various guest-facing collateral, all aimed at enhancing the on-site experience and reinforcing the hotel’s visual identity.
CREATIVE PROCESS
The project began with an analysis of the hotel’s brand identity, architectural heritage, and target audience to define a coherent visual direction. Design development focused on translating the property’s historical richness into a contemporary yet elegant graphic language, balancing typography, materials, and layouts. Particular attention was given to tactile quality and print finishes to reflect the hotel’s luxury standards. Iterative feedback cycles with the client ensured alignment across all touchpoints, resulting in a unified system of materials that seamlessly integrates with the guest experience.
